FELDENKRAIS
In the class, the Awareness Through Movement method by Moshé Feldenkrais is applied. Participants engage in movement sequences, allowing them to explore new patterns of movement. The method enhances personal flexibility, awareness, and stimulates both the body and mind.

Language: German. Also available in bilingual formats such as German and Portuguese, Spanish, or English if needed.
What to bring: Comfortable and warm clothing (allowing for movement while maintaining a pleasant temperature even with minimal activity), and optionally, a mat or blanket for the floor (though some may be available in the space).
Target audience: From individuals with no movement experience to dancers, actors, or yogis.
Anete Colacioppo has completed a 4-year accredited training in the Feldenkrais Method and, during her studies at UDK, took the Feldenkrais course multiple times with Prof. Anna Triebel-Thome.
